INDEX is located in Mina Abdulla Industrial Area and it possesses 22000 m2 where it accommodates the most updated facilities. INDEX set up comprise with seven productions lines, where four production lines for structural elements, two for architectural elements, and one for glass reinforced concrete( GRC ) elements. The setup has centralized Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and Procurement departments, which cater to all divisions of the company. This set up is approved by the ministry of Trade & Industry, Fire Department and Municipality for its operations and adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
The staff functions are primarily compressed of senior management, the finance and administration departments which ensure legal, commercial, and financial aspects of business. Collectively these departments also interact with factory operations to ensure that INDEX has capability and capacity to meet customer requirements.
