Giancarlo Parolo founded INDEX in 1981 and today serves as the company’s Chairman. He’s been actively involved in the growth and management of the company since its start and is regarded as one of the best-known businessmen and contractors in Kuwait. His technical skills, business acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit have made all the difference in bringing INDEX to where it is today.
Massimo Sturaro
- CEO
Massimo Sturaro joined INDEX as CEO in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience from his decades-long career at global insurance leader Allianz. With a strong foundation in risk management, operations, and corporate strategy, he is now focused on driving INDEX’s next phase of strategic growth and expansion. Massimo holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Milan and combines analytical rigor with a forward-looking vision for the company’s future.
Teodor Parolo Tasevski
- Vice President:
Teodor Parolo Tasevski is the Vice President of INDEX since 2023 and leads the company’s strategic expansion into new markets across the region. He brings a sharp international perspective and a strong business foundation to the role. Known for his entrepreneurial ethos, he has founded and operated companies from a young age, combining hands-on experience with long-term vision. He is a graduate from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a B.S. in Global Finance.
Ali Farag
- CFO
Ali Farag has served as INDEX’s Chief Financial Officer since 2013, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. With a strong background in accounting across various leading Kuwaiti companies, he brings deep industry knowledge and a steady hand to INDEX’s financial management. An analytical and detail-oriented financial thinker, Ali plays a key role in ensuring the company’s fiscal health and long-term sustainability. He holds a degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University.
Stefano Brambilla
- Factory Manager
Stefano Brambilla has been the Factory Manager at INDEX since 2013, bringing decades of international experience in precast manufacturing from Italy, Denmark, and India. His deep technical expertise and hands-on leadership ensure that every product leaving the plant meets the highest standards of quality and precision. At INDEX, Stefano oversees all aspects of production, from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. His global perspective and commitment to excellence play a vital role in maintaining INDEX’s reputation as Kuwait’s leading precast contractor.
Shady Zarouf
- Chief Engineer:
Shady Zarouf is INDEX’s Chief Engineer and has been a cornerstone of the company since 2005. With deep expertise in structural engineering, he leads the design of all precast elements produced by INDEX and oversees the operations of the technical office. His meticulous approach ensures that every project is both structurally sound and tailored to client needs. Shady holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Aleppo University and brings nearly two decades of experience to his role.
Adel Massoud
- Sales & Operations Manager:
Adel Massoud has been with INDEX since 2015 and serves as the company’s Sales & Operations Manager. With a background in civil engineering and a strong understanding of precast construction, Adel oversees new business development, client relations, and the full coordination and installation of precast elements. He leads INDEX’s installation teams on-site, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction from start to finish. Adel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Asyut University and plays a key role in bridging the gap between technical precision and client-focused service.
