With over four decades of experience in Kuwait's construction sector, the team at INDEX has served a wide variety of clients' precast needs, ranging from simple villas to infrastructural mega-projects. Led by Italian management since its inception in 1981, INDEX has managed to scale from a small family business into an industrial powerhouse in the Kuwaiti market, all while retaining our hands-on leadership approach. Our management is on-site and in the factories, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and execution. This balance- the scale of an industry leader with the heart and flexibility of a family business- is what sets INDEX apart.

INDEX’s state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located in the Mina Abdullah Industrial Area in Southern Kuwait equipped with cutting-edge technology and machinery able to deliver the highest quality concrete on the market. Our production capacity exceeds 500 cubic meters of concrete per day.


The plant is comprised of 11 production lines, 8 of which are currently designated for structural elements, 2 for architectural elements, and 1 for glass-reinforced concrete (GFRC) elements. Our lines can be adapted based on each project’s needs.

INDEX is a manufacturer and erector of precast concrete elements within the Kuwait market that has, over the last twenty years, earned a deserved reputation for product excellence and timely project competition. We have the ability to design, produce and erect all types of precast concrete from simple structural elements to complex architectural and GRC finishes. Our talented team pride themselves in their ability to overcome problems of design coordination through a combination of flexibility and innovation, thereby serving the interests of not only their clients, but also providing alternative solutions to the Design Engineers and Consultant Architects. After many years of dilligent application, INDEX has relocated the factory in the Industrial Area at Mina Abdullah. This presents a golden opportunity to further refine our operations by upgrading our production facilities. The Ministry has agreed to an allotment for INDEX of 40,000m2 where we accommodate the most up-to date facillities. We set up our facilities in line with the plan appended on the following pages that is accomodating seven production lines for structural elements, two production lines for architectural elements and one production line for glass reinforced concrete – GRC elements. There is sufficient free space within the facility to increase production capacity if the local market so demands. We also append lists of current resources employed by INDEX both at our production facility and at our various sites around the country. Finally we append a list of present and past projects that highlight the caliber of product and work INDEX has and continuous to be able to produce.

Precast Concrete is a unique building material combining visual qualities along with the advantages of prefabrication. Precast allows real flexibility concerning design factors. There are limited restrictions throughout the process. Prefabrication can be undertaken all year round to stated specific designs to suit any project in a variety of shapes and sizes. Steel prefabrication can be mass produced for the units required prior to concrete pour thus enhancing speed of production. Due to the flexibility of design we can incorporate any requirement within each Precast Unit, the options are limitless. All carried out by our professional, highly competent operatives to the highest specifications. By using an accelerant within the concrete the curing time of the concrete is reduced substantially. This means striking of the unit can be done in around 24hrs. Traceability of building products within the Construction Industry has become increasingly important in recent times and Precast Guarantees this necessity. Each unit has its own identity, a unique number which traces the unit back through the entire process from production to placement.
